Loved the company, the benefits, my patients.
Cons
Poor management with lack of managerial experience. Employees concerns not heard, Ideas taken from employees and credit given to supervisors. Lack of research in to employee issues, and jumping the gun with accusations and judgement. Lack of work/life balance. It's ok for some employees to work from home when needed, but not for others. Lack of support.
