      Remote Flexibility Decent pay ESPP More focus towards uplifting corporate culture Feedback surveys highlighting concern areas are brought forth during Town Halls

      Cons

      Random fire drills Disconnect between business and technology Lack of transparency Promotions take years - don’t expect much in a pay bump Benefits could be better in terms of bonuses and better 401k match Middle management Tons of changes in a short period of time Lots of moving pieces and work stalls quite a bit Focus towards agile seems to be moving away

      Good company to work for

      Pros

      Remote work Awesome management and co workers Pay is good PTO is generous

      Cons

      Can be overwhelming building case load, but once you learn the ins/outs it's a good job. You have plenty of PTO available, but be sure to schedule around time off cause the work is still there and your responsibility

      - 100% Work from home opportunity - amazing team and manager - CEO establishes a great inclusive culture.

      Cons

      - i honestly dont understand why their PPO medical benefits are so expensive given that it's a health insurance company. I pay $500 per paycheck for my family and thats just medical! - total tewards could be better
