Work/Life balance is amazing, especially coming from retail environment. Benefits are offer day one, with generous PTO/Time off from day one. Company paid certifications for work related training. Very good leadership depending on the team that your on. (team I am currently on fight for you and have you r back. Its been a long time since I trusted those in charge of me until here.) Collaberation and communication on current team.

Cons

Training coming in as a contractor is non-existant, but when yor transfer over you have to take everything that you have to retake that you've learned on your own. Pay for job is lower than market level, but still favorable. Health insurance is still quite high hard to afford for a family of five, and co-pays are even higher for what you are paying for premiums.

Fully remote, (technically) guaranteed annual bonus, stock options, annual pay increase

Cons

Employee benefits/engagement have fallen off since Covid, hiring pool has expanded since going fully remote (lower opp for career advancement), pay scale is not as competitive as other companies by position, work-life balance is rough in the accounting department.
