      good benefits including PTO, health insurance, 401k

      Cons

      Terrible departmental management. Upper management fully aware of toxic managers and supervisors, yet do nothing about it. Turnover rate for coordinators is always high. Company also got rid of annual bonuses for hourly employees.

      Where do I start. It's a toxic environment. The directors and managers are backstabbers. Colleagues will throw you under the bus.
