- Get to work with a lot of great,smart people both internally and externally. - Low employee cost sharing for health insurance. - Competitive wages.

Cons

- Once you reach a certain level within the company it can be very difficult to progress higher. - Some benefits offered at larger companies are not available and some are capped relatively low.

Great mission undermined by weak leadership and a toxic, self serving culture

Cons

This place has gone so far down hill since the previous leader was pushed out by a self serving leader. People aren't valued or empowered, and there persist a toxic culture. We miss the former leader who had vision and great people skills. He cared.
