The people are incredible; the work is fascinating; the impact is significant.

Cons

Small staff, which is both exciting and also means you have to be able to master everything. Lots of long hours.

Pros

Great access and opportunities. Often times you get as much out of the experience as you put in, so know yourself prior. Hard work pays off. Very close knit group. Leadership helps you find a good next step - be that schooling or your next job.

Cons

Limited room for growth and once you have reached your growth potential can get a bit stifling and monotonous. Things might have changed, but can be a fire in the inbox sort of culture.
