Business Outlook
Pros
Overall, CenterPoint is a great company with high integrity and high values. Even though Fortune500 still maintains the feel of a small company mostly due to the incredibly warm people who work here. The absolute best attribute of CenterPoint is the people. Work/ life balance also can't be beat.
Cons
With nearly 40% of CNP being retirement eligible there would seem to be great growth opportunities, however, that is currently not the case. Instead, many of the older employees are skating along and many younger employees lose their motivation to perform. While developing and maintaining young talent is a management goal, over the last year nothing has really been accomplished and many of us are looking to move on.
