Pros

Working from home is the best part about this job!

Cons

The whole company micromanages. They’re starting academy bay and those who have low sales will have to come to work for 90 days until sales improve. If you are not strong in sales pass this job up! It’s 95% sales I don’t think they even care about the customers. Sups and managers walk around with this holier than though complex and asking questions about calls that you don’t understand gets you put on the big dummy list. They don’t appreciate good workers or value them. You are just another number. Bully culture at its finest. Lots of disrespect in the customer service department. At times I wish I never applied but definitely looking for something else. The amount of disrespect I’ve encountered is insane. And you get underpaid severely for the amount of work they’re going to dump on you. They say this is entry level but it’s the hardest entry level job you’ll ever come across. Crm messed up all day, extremely difficult metrics and horrible supervisors and management. Trust the reviews!
