Good 401k. Benefits are decent. A lot of good co workers that work here. Can't really add to much more then that
Cons
Very little training program. A lot of employees not trained properly. Sad and scary. Upper management should look into training their employees especially working with the public
Competitive Wages. Excellent incentives. You feel like a part of something. Management listens and cares. Opportunity to travel and grow. Work as much as you possibly can.
Cons
The one thing that would be a con, would have to be some of the older tenured employees seem to feel entitled. But nothing too bad.
