Pros

Nice people who are always encouraging. Supportive, lax culture.

Cons

Hard products to sell. Leadership doesn’t recognize that it’s a services business because it wants to be a software company. But the leadership team is stuck in its ways and happy to be the biggest goldfish in the tank, rather than the king of the ocean.
