Growing quickly - lots of opportunities

Pros

- The company is growing really fast (doubled in the past year) - Lots of chances to shine and take on more responsibility - Company values transparency - Get to work with a lot of major tech companies

Cons

- There are growing pains (lack of structure, sometimes chaotic) - Things are changing rapidly, which can feel unstable - Things don't always get communicated throughout the entire company

Pros

-Great startup-like environment while providing the stability of a 13 yr old company -Encourages creative thinking and outside the box solutions -Very fun environment, lots of people who enjoy all kinds of various activities -If you like new tech, this is the place to see it all first hand -Reward good, hard work -Collaborative environment, we help each other out

Cons

-Fast paced environment, always pushing to be better (bad for some) -Very social and outgoing environment, sometimes can be distracting -Very dynamic and always rolling with the punches which sometimes leads to stressful situations

Pros

- A fun place to work (nerf gun wars, ping pong table, sumo wrestling at holiday party, quadcopters, company group activities, etc.) - Supportive environment (very understanding of family obligations that arise outside of work, support employees' higher education goals, etc.) - Management team is very transparent about company goings-on and ways you can continually improve your own work performance/help your team reach its project goals - Great perks (terrific benefits, cereal bar, yoga ball chairs, snacks, etc.) - Centercode is experiencing positive growth which has opened up a lot of new positions and opportunities for employees

Cons

- The company is experiencing a lot of rapid growth that has put some restraint on resources - The culture is fast-paced and constantly changing, so it might not be a good fit for everyone - The office environment can sometimes be distracting (i.e. nerf gun wars mentioned above), so you have to able to multi-task to do well here - Centercode does not micromanage its employees, which might not be the preferred work culture of potential employees
