Thank you for the review - and I’m glad the coworkers and supervisors you worked with made a positive impact. I also hear the feedback on stress, micromanagement, and coaching style, and we take that seriously as we work to set clearer expectations and support people in a way that feels fair and motivating. On commission structure, we understand how important trust and clarity are, and we’re focused on making incentives easier to understand and more consistent.

Thank you for the review - I'm really glad you’ve found strong benefits and a culture that feels authentic, and that you’ve had a great manager and team. On the “learn as you go” point, I hear you, and we’re focused on making onboarding and enablement clearer so people aren’t forced to self-teach everything as they ramp.

Pros

Good pay if you are willing to work hard! I mean very hard for good pay. Not stupendous pay for very hard work. So pick your poison.

Cons

You hear about people making almost 6 figures or close to those are top performers, the ones who cannot leave their seats or take vacations. You can but you will lose your spot. Not a job where you can make money if you are not physically all in. But if you do not mind living breathing eating and sweating medicare sales ... for hours and hours and hours this is the job for you. Micromanagement is part of some characteristics of the management style and a matter of compliance of Medicare. If you don't like constant micromanagement this position is not for you. WHeni finally left my son told me Mom, after seeing you hooked to that computer all day everyday for hours... I chose to be free, and continue my job, he's got a hard job but took a look at what i did and for how long, and he later said it was cringy. Even though you may be helping people. It is a sales job and requires constant selling on a constant level.. for the pay to get better and better. I got what I needed and got out!
