Pros

Flexible hours, no micro-management, focused work environment, and culture.

Cons

Flat structure leads to miscommunication and poor workflow. Low-pay and no professional growth.

Thank you for the candid feedback. We’re glad the flexibility, focused environment, and autonomy have been positives, and we also hear your concerns about miscommunication in a flatter structure as well as compensation and growth opportunities - those are important areas to keep improving so people can build long-term careers here.

Pros

- Open communication between management and employees - Cool, real people to work with - Top performers are fast tracked for promotion up the ranks - Lots of fun events and work perks - Profit sharing for non-commission employees - Company is doing very well and has consistently grown for a few years - Employees who aren't working hard or have poor attitude aren't kept around

Cons

- Demands high quality of work and performance to retain your job - Startup culture, so the vision can shift quickly - Not a 9-5 type job

RUN. TOXIC. Control issues and short term thinking.

Pros

Used to be a good company but things changed after private equity acquisition. Individual contributors are kind, hardworking people. Some managers were/are good, but most of the good ones leave or get pushed out, or can't take the toxicity or low level of product maturity and experience.

Cons

You will see extreme micromanagement, manager favoritism, bullying, cliques, shady HR practices, PIPs, and gaslighting. Short-term vision, low pay. TOXIC Management, VPs, and HR. No training. They won't celebrate you for your hard work. They purposely hold you down so you don't get raises etc. This depends on your team. Different teams experience different realities.
