- can help create great work ethic - chill coworkers (for the most part) - you will get very far if you are a “yes” man and never ever express frustration - co-CEOs stepped down recently so less pressure to constantly be on (would need to be on work mode whenever they ping)

Cons

- micromanaging managers - pay is low for amount of work you do & bonuses are entirely manager discretion (doesn’t take into consideration peer reviews or formal reviews) - little to no communication cross department - are constantly pivoting from project to project in the name of priority
