Benefits, catered lunches once a week, work culture. Great place if you are starting your career

Cons

For more technical roles, like dev/design they really like to overwork yet underpay. They only promote/evaluate pay once a year. You have to evaluate yourself using monthly scorecards

Great group of people to work with. They treat you like an adult without micromanaging you. Great company outings, perks and raffles. Commission can be very good. Just need to put the work in

Like any sales job, there are ebbs and flows when it comes to commission. Just need to make the most of every opportunity
