Great Until It Wasn't

Pros

Loved the people I worked with. Learned so much, and grew as a professional. Trusted to carry out big tasks, Never micromanaged. Enjoyed my manager. Enjoyed the company outtings while we had them.

Cons

New management came in to fix something that wasn't broken. Politics got in the way of growth potential. Felt as if the offices outside of LA were an after thought. The communication was severely lacking, and resulted in a dumpster-fire when it came time to execute projects.

The leadership is really amazing, the people themselves too make up an unmatched culture. It’s an innovative company that is open to new technology and challenging the status quo, keeping things exciting

Cons

Communication can be tough across multiple teams with having a large variety of brands

I also hear the point about cross-team communication being harder with multiple brands, and we take that seriously as we work to tighten alignment, clarify ownership, and make it easier to get answers without extra back-and-forth.

Work from home Paid weekly

Cons

Commission changed weekly, literally within a month the commission structure changed 3 times. Was promised certainthings before being hired then told that wasnt the case afterwards
