- TONS of opportunity to grow your career - Extremely smart and talented team - Rapidly growing company (so it's a great time to get in and establish yourself) - Generous salary and bonus structure - Great benefits package

Cons

It's hard to find anything bad to say. If anything, they could work on creating a more "fun" culture within the office.

At this point, barely anything...

As calls come in and we pushin for GAs and thought management was straighten out promotion of unqualified people and raises are given smh... why? Look at the selected ones...there is not one who is fit to treat employees. But then again what can we really expect from someone who can’t even manage their own personal life to manage a good business?? It’s not personal but it becomes personal when decisions are being made and the only ones negatively impacted are the employees. I thought we had let go employees and no raises are to be done haha... treat your employees better and fair. Headsets are about to be dropped ... oh but wait! Jamaica... we see what’s happening
