- No work/life balance - Long hours and not enough compensation - The leadership is not transparent and middle managers look for scapegoats when problems come up. - Communication from management is terrible and unclear. Expect to be confused on a regular basis and to get harsh feedback out of nowhere. - Being a snake is rewarded - Typical corporate environment

I became more aware of how to handle sales

Cons

It’s more of internal, Human Resource is awful and failed its employees. Verbal and Sexual Harassments forcing people to leave. I’m only giving it a star because it’s required. Nobody should feel unsafe at work. And a lot didn’t get the justice they deserved. It’s something that is on going with a lot of people.
