Pros

Compensation, Work Environment, Colleagues, Perks and Benefits. This is a fantastic environment to work in. Everyone has a team player attitude which is fantastic for a sales office. Outside of the awesome compensation and prizes, there is always awesome company events as well. The work life balance is perfect here as well. Plenty of room to grow in this organization career wise. The management team is like no other, they are on the sales floor with you and have the most product knowledge along with the best sales tips and techniques. The money you can make here is unlimited as long as you understand the products & pay plan & you are willing to put in the work!

Cons

Filtering through customer service calls for sales opportunities( for some this can be tough) You have to be nimble enough to learn multiple different products at some (over time this becomes easier once you're on the phone selling)
