Pros

Centerfield has this habit of taking you in and making you feel like family. Everyone is more than willing to help you when you're stuck on a piece of code or don't know what to do. This is definitely a company where they really do care about your career trajectory. I was given a shot with minimal skill and molded into the engineer I am today. Also, the benefits are super awesome. Hopefully my path leads me back to them!

Cons

Very rarely we would have to stay a little later cause of deadlines or a client's need but it comes with the territory.

Catered lunches, unlimited PTO -- You really don't see too many companies looking out for their employees this way

Cons

If you're looking for a creative marketing agency, Centerfield might not be your best choice

Pros

- The leaders and the team are very intelligent, a great place to learn. - Unique, fun culture with a dedicated HR team. Very casual dress code! - Open, non-hierarchical, growth-encouraging environment.

Cons

- You have to work really hard to meet the requirements and keep up with the fast paced environment.
