I became more aware of how to handle sales

Cons

It’s more of internal, Human Resource is awful and failed its employees. Verbal and Sexual Harassments forcing people to leave. I’m only giving it a star because it’s required. Nobody should feel unsafe at work. And a lot didn’t get the justice they deserved. It’s something that is on going with a lot of people.

The incentive structure is built to steal from your earnings. The supervisor and manages are all for themselves and unprofessional There is no work life balance Base pay is insufficient to cost of living expenses Almost everyday agents leave the campaign and Almost everyday they hire new people. voicing your opinion or concern will get no resolution to the problem.
