      Decent company but don't quit or you won't be employed for 6+ MONTHS!

      Quick interviews, they churn through people cause they can't keep them.

      Cons

      Worst Insurance Agency to work at. They take advantage of the 100s of contracts they make you sign and hidden in there they state they can release you at their own discretion. IF YOU WORK HERE AND LEAVE YOU CANNOT WORK ANYWHERE ELSE UNLESS YOU GET A RELEASE DIRECTLY FROM CARRIERS. THEY DON'T DO RELEASES - THIS IS CALLED RESTRAINT ON TRADE WHICH IS ILLEGAL BUT THEY GET AWAY WITH IT WITH THEIR CONTRACTS!!!

      At this point, barely anything...

      As calls come in and we pushin for GAs and thought management was straighten out promotion of unqualified people and raises are given smh... why? Look at the selected ones...there is not one who is fit to treat employees. But then again what can we really expect from someone who can’t even manage their own personal life to manage a good business?? It’s not personal but it becomes personal when decisions are being made and the only ones negatively impacted are the employees. I thought we had let go employees and no raises are to be done haha... treat your employees better and fair. Headsets are about to be dropped ... oh but wait! Jamaica... we see what’s happening
