      Clean and Cool Work Environment Great Training Environment

      Cons

      Points system for attendance complete nonsense Outbound was a constant mess. Your system randomly calls numbers and you read a script to try getting a sale. Same persons being dialed over and over throughout the day so customers were very annoyed Team managers and SMEs lacked professionalism, manners and barely helped with issues. Mostly annoyed when you asked them questions to better yourself and were sarcastic as if you she know everything right out of training.
