- company will always prioritize bottom line over employees - they expect you to do the new job before you get promoted to that role - pay is lower than market rate

I also hear the concerns about pay and progression, especially the feeling of taking on higher-level scope before a title change, and we take that seriously as we work to make leveling, promotion criteria, and compensation more transparent and aligned with responsibilities.

Benefits, catered lunches once a week, work culture. Great place if you are starting your career

Cons

For more technical roles, like dev/design they really like to overwork yet underpay. They only promote/evaluate pay once a year. You have to evaluate yourself using monthly scorecards
