Pros

Got tired of working with unsafe companies that don't offer local work or overtime. Good pay, good/reliable crew, good hours, come home to my family every night... LIFE IS GOOD! I know they're also expanding into other markets, so that's a good sign.

Cons

None that I can think of

Pros

A company matching 401K plan. Water cooler, no breakroom.

Cons

Loud office with no dividers, old analog 90's version desk speaker phones with echo/feedback on all office meeting/calls, Very little use of Teams/virtual communications, poor direction on forecasting, unreachable goals, shortcut being submitted on all processes and rework piling up. No tracking system that is consistent, multiple trackers with questions pending deliverables on the same sites. No training and poor on boarding processes.
