Pros

Leadership is understanding and supportive, and the work environment is both relaxed and professional. The office has an accessible breakroom stocked with free coffee and snacks, which is a nice daily perk. Conveniently located just behind the mall, it’s easy to access after work errands or lunch breaks. They also organize monthly activities to promote employee engagement and camaraderie. The company respects Philippine regular holidays and promotes a healthy work-life balance. Overall, a great place to grow and thrive.

Cons

The location may be less convenient for employees living in the southern part of Negros Occidental, but it's easily accessible for those who choose to rent or reside in Bacolod.

Pros

Centerline is more than just a workplace. It's a transformative experience. Here, my passion for seeing others grow found a home again. Our culture here redefines what it means to care for our employees, emphasizing respect and equality no matter how long they've been with us. This is a place where spontaneity and positive thinking are not only encouraged, but celebrated. During these six months, I felt hashtag#empowered to make decisions, share my thoughts without hesitation, and have meaningful conversations. Even when ideas are challenged or rejected, there is a sense of mutual respect and recognition of different perspectives. Finding a hashtag#company and a hashtag#manager who not only listens, but also expresses appreciation, and creates an environment where hashtag#growth is not just a possibility, but a reality, is a revelation. Centerline has restored my faith in foreign employers in the hashtag#Philippines and proved that we have an hashtag#exceptionalworkplace where everyone's contribution counts. I am hashtag#grateful for the opportunity to be part of a team that equally values growth, respect, and excellence.

Cons

There is none for now. Everything is great.
