Pros

-Collaborative co-workers. -Leadership that truly cares about the health and future of the business. -Constant opportunities to contribute to the structure of how this business will look in the years to come. -Lots of organic and acquisition growth across North America. -The compensation and benefits are strong and the business keeps looking at how they can be even better. -Leadership knows that the businesses is not perfect and they listen and take action on how we can better support our customers and employees. -No gossip, or drama people just work hard and work well together. -In and industry that is growing and Centerline is working hard to stay ahead.

Cons

-Not necessarily a negative, however the business is growing fast, so the environment of constant change and innovation isn't right for everyone.
