Pros

Great leadership and the company's heading in the correct direction. Growing at a steady pace, have a fun atmosphere, environmentally conscious, and the headquarters building is aesthetically unreal. They have a large sea water tank with an eel and other sea creatures in the middle of the main lobby.

Cons

I'm looking to work my way into another industry. Maritime is great, but not for me.
