Pros

I cannot think of any pros during my time with centerra. Thankfully they lost the contract and got the stanky boot.

Cons

Project manager did not want to be there and it rippled down through the ranks. They were embezzling money from the customer. They did not pay legal wages as dictated by DOL wage determination.

Good group of guys at the base level to work with on a daily basis

Cons

Terrible and inconsistent schedule. Forced OT of 60+ hours per week. Low pay for the industry.
