Greedy company

Pros

PTO is great best part of the company

Cons

Not a place you want to be for long they don't value their employees time. If you aren't doing exactly what they want the way they want you will not get the respect or credit you deserve for putting up with all the bs that goes on within this company or the great work you have actually done. Inflation is at 7.9% gas prices are through the roof and Centerspace is justifying 1 & 2 percent raises when the company has grew 120%.

Thanks for sharing your feedback with us. We appreciate hearing from our team members whether it’s positive feedback or constructive as it helps us improve our processes and internal communications. Our merit pool this year has been higher than in previous years as we recognize that the cost of living has been on a rise. Merit award is based on several factors: company performance, individual performance and budget, so it’s very much “personalized”. We would love to connect with you to discuss further. Feel free to reach out to us at your earliest convenience (talentandculture@centerspacehomes.com). -Centerspace Talent and Culture

Pros

Learn a lot of skills quickly. Many scenarios when it comes to working in housing and people

Cons

Lack of growth. This is more of a place to get your feet wet and gain some experience. Moving up in the company is extremely difficult

Pros

I was lucky to get out when I did.

Cons

This is —hands down— the worst job I’ve ever had in the property management industry. I was emotionally neglected by the boss that hired me, bulldozed by my on-site management, and was publicly humiliated by the head bosses that hired me. As a queer person, I figured this was the most progressive company I could work for in the area. I never anticipated that not only would I be shunned, but publicly humiliated by the team that hired me after I turned in my notice. I would hire an attorney if I had the time and energy to fight the lawsuit. Turns out? I wasn’t the only one with bad experience. There’s a clear pattern. If you’re looking for a #lgbtqia family — RUN. This ain’t it.
