Pros

Flexible schedule, adequate benefits and PTO, values and prioritizes diversity, equity and inclusion. I love the work that my team does for the community.

Cons

Some departments are not seen as valuable as others. I love working with my team, not always with the agency. They have made salary adjustments but it is still not up to industry standards and caught up with cost of living.
