Pros

Flexible hours Wonderful clientele EXCELLENT director in Bloomington (Greg Clark)

Cons

CONSTANT turnover in rural locations Upper management does not listen or care of case managers concerns - very frustrating Poor organization Ridiculous caseloads and productivity expectations No exceptions for rural counties and drive time (took 20-30 minutes to get to different homes or locations but still expected to hit the same targets as those who work in Bloomington where clients are mostly located in the same building and rehab centers)
