Pros

Largest behavioral health facility in Southern Illinois.

Cons

The company has grown entirely too large. No room for growth. Cares more for money and billing than they do quality of employees and clients.

Pros

Most staff are dedicated and truly have a heart to help. This is a field that is growing and has something new happening every day. If you have a calling to help others, this is a good place to do it.

Cons

Upper management is in silos. Enterprise level items need to be enterprise and unified where possible instead of allowing each state/region to do things differently "just because we are special". Management needs to get out of the consensus mindset and require the unification of services when & where it can.

Pros

This organization has a great mission and is focused on a population that is misunderstood by most people.

Cons

Huge organization that keeps getting bigger despite growing pains that seem to not get better.
