Pros

centerstone is a great place to work....it is rewarding to help clients and communities and my colleagues and the benefits are awesome. the job has a lot of flexibility and a very good incentive system--so if you do a good job, you can make more money. I find upper management to be very supportive

Cons

it is a difficult job, but that's the nature of this field....also, sustainable funding for some services is hard to find

Pros

Working in the community directly with clients, caring coworkers, flex time, can transfer to new positions fairly easily, outpatient and inpatient opportunities, internship opportunities

Cons

No training or efficient supervisions, management does not respond to employee concerns, low pay, have to use PTO for holidays, not enough funds for clients, high turn over rate, disorganized, constant chaos
