Poor Investment of Your Career Time and Experience

Pros

Centerstone will provide compensation while employed.

Cons

Care for the community starts from within and how employees are treated. No sense in saying that there is care about the well-being of individuals if employees are treated like replaceable, and invaluable. Promises to employees, and cannot fulfill promises. Employees do not hear the truth, or a sincere support from upper management.
