Local employees are great . Pay is good

Cons

I have nothing bad to say other than the pay scale is designed for the people at the top to make all the money . You will be sharing half your commissions with your project manager .. also NY specifically, takes 40% of all commissions

A lot of opportunities for over time. Employee owned stock ownership program is nice as well. It only rolls out every so often but when it does I think it's 11% of what you make annually.

Cons

Bonuses slowly became less and less then nearly non existent.
