      Pros

      The pay is decent, they seem to hire quickly. If you are new to roofing, they will pay better than others

      Cons

      Out of town more often than not. In town work means you don't get much over time

      Pros

      They had good benefits, strong safety program, involved leadership, good vehicle maintenance program, and there was almost always plenty of work to get a little overtime.

      Cons

      Several jobs will take you out of town frequently, you do have to provide most of your own tools, the work is rough on your clothes, and it is hard to know when you will get off at the end of the day.

      Benefits, overtime, safety, good crews, work 7 days a week

      Cons

      Degrading management doesn't know your name only cares about numbers. Prevailing wage jobs won't ever see that money. No one has your back and if your new to the industry get expected to be passed back and forth between crews and hopefully you don't screw up they're just looking for a reason to fire you or make you quit. Been working there for three years keep getting told I'm due for a raise/ promotion for two years now. Foremen constantly being undermined because of underbidding in sales. Hire people as supervisors who don't know the business or failed as foreman.
