They keep you busy most of the time.

Cons

Company does not believe in giving raises no matter how much you learn. They overwork you for little pay. Company is so big that I truly don’t understand why they pay so little. Go ahead just ask the loyal employees that work there only because of stable work. No raises in 5-10 years or so. Pathetic. Also your rants about safety is a complete joke.

You can lose your self worth.

Cons

St. Louis management supports a work environment that is demeaning. Not a drug free environment at all and it's not a secret. Fires people to hire Nicaraguan friends. Do not lose your common sense and go into this rat hole.
