      Pros

      Friendly and professional environment. Co-workers are like a big family. Employee achievements are regularly rewarded and recognized. Really strong sense of teamwork from all levels of staff and various departments.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is that our department is short-staffed. I know we can do a lot more if we can get to a full roster.

      Pros

      Centimark as a whole has wonderful employees who are team players making your job easier to accomplish. Centimark's owners are generous with share options, 401K and vacation/holidays. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Centimark.

      Cons

      The only downside to working for this large of a company is that you hardly ever get the opportunity to meet the people you work with on a daily basis.
