If you want to be looked at like a headache come here
Pros
Nothing, they don't even pay as well as competitors
Cons
They tell you will be ready to start in a matter of days after scheduling orientation. That's a lie, you do orientation and then they have to figure out where to put you which takes a few weeks. Then when you start no one on the teams trust you so you're on garbage duty and the foreman doesn't want to train you and the manager does nothing about it. If you're lucky enough to get the one foreman that will train you then you're kind of good but that still doesn't make up for the 2 to 3 dollars an hour less you're making, the complete unstable hours, that's if the manager there can even give you enough hours. He'll tell you they have plenty of jobs to work but then when you finally start there aren't enough hours to fill the week.
