      Pros

      Where to start? You are in complete control of your own business and its your vehicle to drive. Very passionate people from our laborers to our branch manager who is a true leader. Our regional service director is a great leader who guides you to success and is truly invested in you, she's a great inspirational leader. Company vehicle, cell phone, great benefits, and PTO . I truly love going to work every day.

      Cons

      Its good when you have to think and can't find many. I would just say it's long hours, but truly worth it to try and advance.

      Pros

      They keep you busy year round. More so than any other roofing company

      Cons

      Lack of schedule and no follow up's from management if plans have changed. I've lost hours and money because of this. Along with that if you're coming in as a younger person then just expect to be put down and held back constantly.

      Great benefits, plenty of work. Biggest roofing company in North America

      Cons

      Unless you’re salary, you really need to have your own vehicle (license)to get to jobs as a roofer. Without a license(own transportation) it will be hard to get raises and you will put a lot of miles on your vehicle since you have to drive to the jobs.
