Pros

Centimark as a whole has wonderful employees who are team players making your job easier to accomplish. Centimark's owners are generous with share options, 401K and vacation/holidays. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Centimark.

Cons

The only downside to working for this large of a company is that you hardly ever get the opportunity to meet the people you work with on a daily basis.
