Excellent benefits package and profit sharing of company is profitable across the board. Continuous growth means rapid advancement is possibly if at the right location.

Cons

Position was in Indiana and my home was in Florida so spent to much time away from family. Definitely some different challenges for roofing in the North vs. South.
