Lots of hours to offer employees Health benefits and vacation

Cons

Everything except the above 2 pros is a con here. Very demanding , consumes your life, work out of town more than not, forget about a homelife or family because they don't care if you have one, poor employee conduct, unorganized and all over the place, money driven, sloppy fieldworkers, and wasted unprofessional workers on site.
