Pros

Nice trucks. Good benefits. Nice treats in breakroom. Get to be outdoors. Opportunity to make good money. Nice can coozies handed out at meetings.

Cons

A dog on a leash. People in authoritarian positions with no experience of managing people. Ego freaks in roles where they would be toilet cleaners in most American companies.

Pros

The benefits are good and I can work for the biggest name in roofing. I have worked for many big name companies and is a great way to make connections.

Cons

A Technical Representative serves at the pleasure of a Project Manager. Not all PM's are sufficiently qualified to Manage projects and that can be frustrating for a Tech Rep.
