Pros
There are no pros to working here, your sold on a lie and told of all the great things you get and what a great work environment it is. Unfortunately when you start your role everything you were told is just not true and it ends up being a disaster.
Cons
Everything here is a con I can't even believe this company is in the roofing industry. For starters you only install really one type of roof system. Your over priced for a product that you install that the quality is a joke. We sell a lie to people when everything we say is the furthest from the truth. ZERO communication with the customer which is embarrassing. This place is stuck in the 80's/90's where they have no clue on current times and how the market is shifting. Small, medium and large companies puts Centimark to shame on capabilities alone. Management is a disgrace and pathetic and this is the general feeling of a lot of people.
