Pros

Plenty of hours every week. The company takes care of you. The perdium is nice . The management is knowledgeable about the job . Centimark has their own details so you have to forget what ever you knew prior to the company and just learn the new ones no big deal tho .

Cons

Management wanting you to bring in jobs in an unreasonable time, but that's buisness and it's how they are the largest Roofing contractor in the country . Out of town sometimes but perdium adds up

Pros

Friendly local office. Not much else, employee morale has declined over years as company ues to discontinues perks.

Cons

Poor communication from management. No policy for pay raise. No reviews of performance. Very much a "good old boys club" attitude. The company was good to work for years ago, but has become much too profit oriented at the risk of damaging morale. Yearly updates on how company has grown but no communication on why raises are defunct.

Promise of lies.

Pros

Good starting wage for people with no flooring experience. Weekly pay.

Cons

Lies to you every step of the way. Senior employee who is there to guide you won't train you, will do all the work and blame you if it goes wrong. Refusal to train can lead to a frustrating experience. Promised to pay 8hrs if you finish a job early, but never lived up to the promise.. You'll work 26 to 32hrs per week.
