Many companies say there is "no limit" on the amount of commission you can make, but here is may actually be true. If you aren't making over $100k in 2 years you're either going to quit or be fired. If you follow the procedures and use the resources available you can end up with some nice paychecks!

Cons

High stress and often communication issues between sales and operations. Varies office to office.

An industry leader with strong reputation and outstanding National Account presence which provides a boost to sales for a regional rep from time to time. Centimark has a marketing group which generates a lot of solid leads as well. Great place to sell commercial roofing. Local operations guys were very supportive

Cons

Encountered internal politics and problems with arrogant inexperienced employees whos fathers worked there and they seemed to be untouchable and wanted things their their way even though they had no idea

Not a single pro for this company. They were truly terrible people.

Cons

TOXIC company culture. This place is absolutely terrible when it comes to respecting others and will micromanage you to no end. Not to mention they will track your company vehicle every time it starts and stops. Company culture is built on beating their employees down and making them feel inferior.
