Pros

I've been working for Centier for just over a year and it's been an amazing company, I wish I had joined them sooner! Everyone I interact with from corporate to the branches have been friendly and supportive and there's many opportunities for advancement.

Cons

As technology moves into the future some people are very resistant to adapting to new technology and that can be frustrating at times but a majority are willing to learn and change.
