Centier really cares about their employees. I finally work somewhere where I feel valued. There is a lot of growth opportunities. A great work environment.

Cons

The interview process is extensive but worth it.

Pros

The culture is really special and I was skeptical at first that it was too good to be true. As a manager you can also care for your team and have fun, it isn’t all work. You are supported and developed.

Cons

People don’t leave so there aren’t as many openings as a company that has turnover. I guess that is good and bad, but I still feel I’ve been given many opportunities to grow in my 5 years.
